What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds for products or readings. It is possible however to receive a promo code if certain criteria is met for an individual. Must email and explain in detail what happened, and must provide proof. We will decide after reviewing situation if it fits our criteria.

What are your candles ingredients?

All of our candles are made with 100% soy wax, and is also Kosher, all while meeting FDA standards. We use scents made specifically for candle making. We top the candles with all natural dried herbs and flowers, along with crystals of various sizes. 

Are the candle containers burn safe? Are the ingredients flammable?

Yes, we research and look for glass/metal that is safe to burn. It is important to know that although they are safe, it does not mean that containers can't break, overheat, or cause other problems. That is why it is important to burn for 1-2 hours at a time. We do use dried herbs and flowers, so yes they are flammable. For the most part, as long as ingredients are away from the wick while it is lit, there should be no issues. Some customers find it easier to move some herbs/flowers around, or remove all together. But many keep the candle as is, considering the placements of said herbs/flowers.

When does my package get shipped?

We ask that all customers allow up to 2-4 weeks after the date of purchase for shipping orders. Most orders will arrive 2-6 business days after they have been shipped.

Are the Tarot readings online?

All tarot readings are done online via Zoom video call. This ensures both parties are protected from COVID-19, as well as allows both parties to interact on a more personal level. All customers who purchase a reading will receive Zoom log in details the day of said reading via email.
